Welcome to www.ravethread.in, operated by Ravethread ("we", "us", "our"), registered in India at Urvi Apartment, Ladsociety Road, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad – 380015.

These Terms govern your use of the Site and any purchase you make. By browsing, registering or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for the transaction.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must provide accurate, current and complete information
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks, coupon misuse or repeated unjustified returns

3. Products, colours & sizing

  • We make every effort to display product colours accurately, but actual colours may vary depending on your screen, lighting and photography
  • Minor variations in shade, print placement, texture or measurement are inherent to garment manufacturing and are not considered defects
  • Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering. Sizes may differ from other brands.
  • All products are subject to availability. We may withdraw or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing & payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
  • Shipping charges and COD fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment
  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (where available) via Razorpay
  • Prices may change without notice. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
  • In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after order confirmation

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation email or SMS is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. The contract is formed only when we dispatch the item.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including where:

  • The product is out of stock
  • There is a pricing or listing error
  • We suspect fraud, resale, or bulk-buying for commercial purposes
  • The delivery address is not serviceable
  • You have a history of unjustified returns or refused COD orders

6. Shipping & delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days of confirmation
  • Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on your location
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, public holidays or force majeure events.
  • Risk of loss passes to you on delivery
  • We currently ship within India only

7. Returns, exchanges & refunds

All returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Ravethread name, logo, designs, prints, graphics, product photographs, videos, copy and page layout — is our property or licensed to us, and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, republish or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use of our designs or imagery may result in legal action.

9. User content

If you post reviews, photos, comments or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content for marketing purposes, with credit where practicable.

You must not post content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, infringing, misleading or abusive. We may remove any content at our discretion.

10. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, crawl, mine or copy data from the Site through automated means
  • Introduce viruses, malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account
  • Interfere with the security or proper working of the Site
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with us

11. Promotions & discount codes

  • Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, and cannot be combined
  • Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
  • We may withdraw or modify any offer at any time without notice
  • Misuse of codes, including creation of multiple accounts, may result in order cancellation

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ravethread, its directors, employees and partners from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government action, strikes, riots, war, internet or courier network failures.

16. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

17. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Grievance redressal

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month.
